George Read School Nurse's Notes
- ALL medication to be given at school MUST be in the ORIGINAL bottle, whether it be prescription or over the counter and with a note from parent/guardian to give medication.
- Forms were sent home with some students about going to the dentist. Please fill out all the forms and return them back to me for your child to be able to go to the dentist.
- This is the season for head lice to appear. Please check your child's scalp and hair for any lice or nits. Please talk to them about NOT using their friend's brushes, combs, hats, clothing, etc as this is the way lice are spread among the students.
