1. MANAGE MYSELF

a. Sit in my assigned seat.

b. Be responsible.

c. Follow procedures.

d. Do my own work.

2. RESPECT OTHERS

a. Use "please" and "thank you".

b. Ask "May I?".

c. Speak softly.

d. Refrain from teasing and name calling.

3. COOPERATE

a. Wait for my turn patiently.

b. Do what I am asked to do.

c. Share materials, supplies, and ideas.

d. Use classroom supplies with care.

4. BEHAVE SAFELY

a. Keep hand, feet and objects to myself.

b. Put my jacket or coat and bookbag in my locker.

c. Use classroom material with care.

d. Follow NCMS rules.

Consequences

  1. Verbal warning.
  2. Move seat.
  3. Write behavior journal entry.
  4. Phone home.
  5. Referral.

Individual Positive Recognitions

*First excused from class.

*Work on a favortie activity.

*Puzzle/Game time.

*Positive note home.

*Extra computer time.
