What's Going On at WPHS:

Shoe Drive to Support Those in Need The Class of 2010 is collaborating with the Wilmington branch of Shoes2Share International. This organization collects new and like new shoes to distribute to clinics, orphanages, hospitals, homeless and battered women shelters as well as feeding disaster relief programs. Please consider donating your new or gently worn shoes to those in need.

The Student Leaders Program is an integral part of Bank of America's Neighborhood Excellence Initiative.  It offers community - minded high school juniors and seniors an invaluable opportunity to  help change the world.  Students will participate in a paid 8 week summer internship at a local non-profit, and student leadership summit in Washington, DC. For more details, please pick up a flyer in C100. 

Jefferson Scholars Foundation Program

The University of Virginia is looking for candidates for the Jefferson Scholars Foundation Program. The University seeks to find high school seniors who possess exceptional ability in leadership , scholarship and show promise of making a significant contribution to the University community.
