Welcome to the Visual & Performing Arts at WPHS
The William Penn High School Music Department has a rich heritage of music and service to the Colonial School District of Delaware and its surrounding communities. Nestled in ever-growing New Castle, Delaware, William Penn High School is proud to offer a musical curriculum that constantly seeks to challenge and improve our students in the Arts.
Our students are exposed to vocal arts, instrumental arts, visual arts, and the performance arts. In addition to the courses offered in the department, students may participate in Marching Band, Colorguard, and the Penn Players.
