The fair will feature a variety of participants to include child care/summer camp organizations, health services agencies, health screenings (diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, HIV/AIDS), cultural arts organizations, boy/girl scouts, Zumba classes, workshops on financial planning, parents helping students at home, preparing for college, etc. We have invited Beau Biden to be the keynote speaker and are waiting on his response. *School begins daily at 8:20. Please have your child at Wilmington Manor by 8:32 so that they are in the classroom to start the learning activities on time. Dismissal will occur promptly at 3:14.
* Just a reminder that no food from the outside can be provided to any student except your own child. This is to promote healthy choices and safety. This policy impacts parents who wish to celelbrate birthdays at school. If you so desire, please contact the Wilmington Manor cafeteria for alternatives.
* Beginning on June 1, 2011, the Colonial School District began using a paperless Board Agenda software program for providing Board Members, Administrators and the Public, access to the Board Agendas by way of the Internet. To access the website the public will go to www.boarddocs.com/de/colsd/Board.nsf and enter the site in the Public View. Everyone will be able to print out the agenda if they require a paper copy.
